Predicting the New Normal at AWE

AWE plc, the UK's Atomic Weapons Establishment, has been on an Agile Working journey for several years already. The Covid crisis has brought a new context to its plans for building a new building designed along smarter working principles, scheduled for 2023.

In this presentation Adrian Burton, Estate Masterplanner at AWE, outlines the challenges of "predicting the New Normal at AWE", at a time when remote working has become more established as a necessary and normal way of working.

The presentation was made at the UK Smart Work Network meeting on 10 December 2020.
