Smarter Working Live Conference and Awards

Smarter Working Live is back in November – it’s the conference and awards for organisations in the UK public sector and those working closely with them, highlighting best practice and celebrating success. And there’s still time to get your Awards entry in!

The virtual conference will run over 3 days on 16-18 November 2021, with the Awards ceremony on 25 November. Depending on circumstances, the ceremony may be a hybrid in-person/virtual event – to be confirmed later.

Modernising ways of working through approaches to people and culture, leadership, technology and workplaces have been cornerstones of the Civil Service Smarter Working programme. Since 2012 there have been programmes to promote Smarter Working in central government. Meeting the best practice standards of British Standards PAS 3000 by June 2022 was mandated for central government departments and agencies in 2018 – and many other public sector bodies have gone down this route as well.

Smarter Working Live is back in November 2021 to celebrate innovation, collaboration and excellence across public sector organisations and suppliers who have supported initiatives through their products and expertise.
