What are the best kinds of workplace environments for people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC)?

Paige Hodsman of Saint-Gobain Ecophon is leading a study at AWE in the UK, assessing the needs of an elite team who have all had a formal diagnosis of ASC in terms of the sensory environment.

This presentation, given at the UK Smart Work Network meeting on 10 December 2020, presents the results of Phase 2 of the study. This analyses the personality traits and the sensitivity thresholds of the study cohort, which will lead to physical interventions to provide a range of workplace settings for further evaluation..
